Stay Healthy

Today's post is about staying healthy. I was recently on a livecast about Bouncing Back Big in 2016. My Ah moment came when I heard the words re-programming your sub-conscious mind, which really controls the conscious mind. I will be listing steps here weekly as to how I started this process of becoming healthy by changing how I saw myself when I looked in the mirror. The first step before you can start this process, you must accept the fact that you need to make the change first. You can elevate your vibrations by believing that you are there already. It is very important to clear out all the negative stuff and replace those with powerful beliefs like affirmations. Here are a couple that I use daily: I am Healthy NOW! My Body is Strong and Active NOW!
Elevate your vibrations to a level of Love, Peace, Joy and Gratitude. When you are in this state, you will start to attract that healthy body you long to have. All it takes, is a shift of your energy and what you tell yourself.
